We are preparing a proposal for the above referenced project. Proposals are due on Tuesday August 5th at 10am.

The project generally consists of a 3,485 sf building addition with two classrooms and a saferoom.  Saferoom to consist of an office, restrooms, workroom, calming and isolation rooms.  Addition shall include all finishes, plumbing, HVAC & electrical complete.

Specialties • Toilet Accessories • Fire Extinguishers and Cabinets • Plumbing • HVAC • Electrical • Low Voltage & Fire Alarm.

By submitting a bid or project proposal in response to the attached Bid Invitation, “SUBCONTRACTOR” represents, warrants and agrees that it has reviewed Harper General Contractors LLC’s sample Subcontract Agreement (available at https://gofile.me/7aBpB/c0mZ9d8ou) and that SUBCONTRACTOR’s bid or project proposal is submitted with the intention that the sample Subcontract Agreement, without revision, and applicable Contract Documents will govern SUBCONTRACTOR’S performance of its bid or project proposal, if same is accepted by Harper General Contractors, LLC. SUBCONTRACTOR acknowledges that Harper General Contractors, LLC will rely to its detriment on SUBCONTRACTOR’S representation, warranty and agreement as hereinbefore set forth, among other considerations, in deciding whether to use SUBCONTRACTOR’S bid or project proposal in preparing its own bid or proposal.
